Duration 

Initial consultations (30 – 45 mins) and subsequent consultations (20-30 mins) are charged according to time required. Longer consultations are available (up to 60 minutes) as needed. Our visiting practitioner occasionally may run late so please expect to wait up to 15 minutes. We will let you know in advance if the wait time is expected to be any longer than this.

Billing 

Initial Consultation (30-45 mins) $167.50

Standard Consultation (20 – 30 mins) $117.50

Extended Consultation (30-45 mins) $167.50

Long Consultation (1 hour) $222.50

Cancellation Policy

We value our time and appreciate 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellation fees apply.

Cryotherapy at Home

Cryotherapy appointments attract the same fees as standard physiotherapy appointments.
Daily Cryotherapy Unit Fee $7.95 inc gst
Weekly Cryotherapy Unit Fee $39.95
Initial Consultation $167.50 (30-45 mins)
Subsequent Consultation $117.50 (20-30 mins)

Do I require a doctors referral to book an appointment with Mobile Physiotherapy?

No you don’t, not as a private patient. You will still be eligible for private health rebates.
However some patients will require a doctors referral, and you can see this list below.

Patients requiring a doctor’s referral

• DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs Gold Card holders).
• Workers Compensation
• Third party insurance
• Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program – max. 5 sessions/12 months
• NDIS approved clients

What to expect

We will visit you at your home at a time that suits you. Wear comfortable clothing and make sure to have any relevant medical records (MRI’s, CT Scans, Hospital Discharge notices etc) on hand. We will need an open room or space to work in.

Service areas 

Mobile Physiotherapy services the Western Suburbs of Perth and its immediate surrounds. Think North Fremantle to Crawley, then West Perth back to City Beach. And all of the suburbs in between. See our Map.

Can you visit areas outside of where you currently service?

Unfortunately not. The way we have designed our service area is so that we can make any appointment in the western suburbs within a 15/20 min drive at the most.
